SCIAF is the Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund who are committed to ending worldwide poverty.
They are the official agency of the Catholic Church of Scotland and aim to help the poorest in society free themselves from poverty and injustice by equipping them with the tools they need.
The Project
tictoc were tasked with creating a new site for the organisation to ensure an improved user experience for existing and new audiences. The primary goals of the project included increasing brand awareness, improving site metrics and increasing online fundraising.
The Process
With the help of a project workshop we defined SCIAF’s target audiences, this enabled us to then define a user journey map that helped us identify potential routes and opportunities to satisfy the needs of users. From there, our designers and developers created a working prototype that would enable SCIAF to see the progress of their site from outset to final progressed solution. This close relationship allowed for changes to be easily made and opportunities quickly explored.
The Results
Year-on-year increase in pages per session
Year-on-year increase in average session duration
Year-on-year decrease in bounce rate
It’s been fantastic working with tictoc, they’ve been on-hand at every step of our digital journey and have delivered great work time and time again.
